Day 7 It has been a challenging week but also a positive one. I qualified as an Infant massage instructor, which is fantastic!!. Usually I celebrate my success with a glass or two of wine, but I did not partake as I am determined to lose this weight. Plus my specialized Shelean meal plan doesn't include such an indulgence. I have worked out every day with Mommy's Got Soul digital download and man it is tough but everyday it gets a little easier. Eating healthy has not been as difficult as I thought it would be and I found sticking to my meal plan ok. Well when I stepped onto the scale this morning I was extremely pleased as I have dropped 10 pounds. I am over the moon and I finally feel that I have control of my health. I'm feeling so positive, more energised and so happy. This is week 2, I have a long way to go but I know I will get there.
